Other Notes	It's hard enough to catch, or kill, an ordinary psychotic killer. But Psycho Killer is very hard to bring down, indeed. First, he's hard to identify. He's anxious, but that's a lot of people. Second, he sometimes is very tight-lipped.... but other times, he rants and rambles. Beyond that, he doesn't carry a weapon, or need to. He collects electricity from a socket, or even the open air, and uses it to electrocute his victims. Even though this may start fires, he just walks right out of them unharmed. And then, even if he is cornered, he can run as fast and far as an Olympian. The only other fact about him that is known is that he is fluent in French and sometimes slips into it unwittingly. Lastly, he may have multiple personalities-- one of which (the rambling one) knows the other (the tight-lipped one who knows French) is a killer. The one that is a killer, however, denies the fact. So even if he is ever successfully taken alive and interrogated, he may seem to confess and deny his crimes in the same minute. Good luck with that, in front of a jury.
