Other Notes	Earth Mover is afflicted with some condition by which his pulse, his heartbeat, is amplified. This sends off shockwaves that have multiple effects: tremors in the surface on which he stands, sudden shifts in air pressure, and if he stand close enough to someone, disruptions of their heartbeat and brainwaves. Which, in turn, effects their ability to control their emotions. In some cases, people interpret their own hearts racing or skipping a beat as attraction. When they approach, however, they increase the danger to themselves.  Worse, the effects worsen when his heart races, either in fear or passion. All of this makes friendship possible only at a distance and romance a near impossibility. Which in turn makes him quite depressed, internally. But he tries to be "mellow" to counteract the effects. Work is being attempted to lower the intensity of his heartbeat, but doctors fear that his system is now used to, even based on, this level of blood pressure, so they are lowering it slowly to give the rest of his system time to adjust.  Let's hope they can help.
