This is just as well, for if she used her powers by day-- especially flight-- she would be targeted by law enforcement or at least video-ed. Maybe the attacks don't serve a biological purpose-- as an immortal spirit, she may not need to eat or breed-- but an emotional one. She is trapped in this realm, and mostly robbed of her powers, so she hunts out of resentment and boredom. But she does not kill-- there are enough witnesses to describe many of her powers, and there are "rumors" of her existence that many have heard. Aside from some victims, most likely consider Witchy Woman a legend like Bigfoot. Since she can fly, and "high" at that, and is on an "endless flight," she may never stick around long enough for anyone to prove she exists. We can imagine a Fox Mulder (from X-Files) type... tracking, and ultimately finding her, only to be seduced and paralyzed himself. |
