Other Notes
The poor Lost Soul is stranded "between two worlds." In our reality, he seems both pained to be alone and pained to be with people. Does he have some sort of anxiety or social disorder? Well, being caught between dimensions is sure to mess with your social skills. Also, it is nigh impossible for him to find someone to relate to (maybe another character from our list?).
Further, we have to wonder if, by only helping him when he seems dejected, others have unwittingly encouraged him to act this way. It might be better if they tried to help him stand up for himself, or find him a friendly quantum physicist who can help him fully resolve or solidify into our dimension. We don't know anything about his other one, but he seems to keep walking and rowing his way to ours... so as isolated as he feels here, it must be even worse there. At least here, people make an attempt to reach out to him, and he can interact with our physical realm (he draws a picture, for instance).
