Other Notes
|
Boatman's real name is not known. While he is lauded internationally and can walk with "legends," he prefers to stay at sea and keep to his boat except when called to rescue people.
Boatman is an extremely powerful telekinetic, able to speed the very molecules of his subjects to cause them to generate friction, even to burn or explode. He can also heat or chill his own molecules to maintain normal human parameters even in extreme heat or cold; he can even cause bullets and bombs to explode before they reach him. To protect and move his subjects, he can attack their captors with his powers, but he prefers to manipulate their molecules until they become other things, so he can sneak them out. For large numbers, he can turn them into a river that runs to the sea and his waiting boat. If you are a terrorist holding a hostage, kidnap victim, POW or prisoner of conscience, and if you know Boatman is coming for them, your best move is to set them free now. |
