Also, he can run and jump better than most humans due to his lower density.  Jumpin' Jack Flash had an extremely rough childhood. He was raised with extreme discipline, and this left him with a hyper-sensitive sense of right and wrong. His brutal methods are cheered by some, but frowned upon by those who believe in due process. His attitude seems attractively nonchalant at first, rakish even. But just beneath is a rage that leaps forth with little provocation, and lashes out like lightning. Because of his powers, he refers to life "a gas," a fun party. But it's only fun for him because he can inflict his sense of justice on others... without anyone else being table to take him to account.
